This workshop is for anyone who would like to deepen their understanding of pranayama (breathing practices) and learn useful pranayama techniques, relevant to your own interests and needs

  • Strategies for incorporating pranayama practice in your daily life

Yoga for Gender Queer & Queer Women

I'm excited to announce that Yoga for Gender Queer & Queer Women has found a new home (I will be opening my intimate home studio up to you!). So beginning September 8th, we will run this class again for another 8 weeks

New Location: Maitland Home Studio
Maitland & Church Streets
Toronto, Ontario

Fall Dates: Tuesdays Sept 8th - Oct 27th 2009 (8 weeks)

Times: 7:15 - 8:30pm

Fees: Pay in full by Aug 31st: $80 for 8 weeks

A course of mindful hatha yoga classes for gender queer & queer women. We will gather together in the spirit of exploration, acceptance, community and self-care. As we take time for ourselves, to reconnect, and to deepen our relationship between breath, body, and earth. All levels welcome. No experience necessary
